What you are buying

You buy a licence to use the software, not ownership of it. The source code, the brand and the materials shipped with the extensions remain the property of the seller.

The licence covers personal and commercial use in your own work, including work delivered to clients.

How many computers

Each licence works on 1 computer at a time. To move to a different machine, you generate a new code in My account: the previous code stops working at that moment, and the computer that was activated loses access on its next check.

Code changes are limited to 3 per 30 days, so that a one-computer licence does not become a many-computer licence in sequence. If you need more, contact support.

The access code is personal and non-transferable. It identifies your licence the way a password identifies your account.

Gifting is the only transfer provided for, and it comes with a condition: only a licence you have never activated can leave your account. To give the extension to someone, buy a new licence and hand over that code — the one you use stays yours. The moment the other person redeems it, the code is rotated automatically, and the one that passed through your hands stops working.

What is not allowed

• Reselling, sublicensing, renting or redistributing the extension or its installer.
• Publishing, sharing or selling the access code.
• Using the licence on more than one computer at the same time.
• Bypassing, disabling or faking licence verification, including altering the configuration file or the public key embedded in the product.
• Decompiling the code or deriving a competing product from it.

Online verification

The extensions revalidate the licence over the internet every 7 days and keep working for up to 14 days without a connection. After that period without a successful revalidation they stop until the next one succeeds.

Older versions may stop being accepted after a security or compatibility change. When that happens the panel says so and asks for an update, which is included with an active licence.

Subscriptions

PrimeSFX on card is a subscription: it renews automatically until cancelled. The amount and interval charged are the ones shown at checkout.

You can cancel at any time in My account, under Manage subscription on the card of the subscribed licence. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps access through the end of the paid period — there is no pro-rata refund of the current period outside the refund policy.

If a renewal charge fails, the subscription goes past due and the licence is suspended until payment is settled.

Pix purchases

Pix purchases are one-time payments. Where a price grants a period (30 or 365 days), that period is added to the licence and does not renew by itself: continuing requires buying again.

Refunds

You have 7 calendar days to request a full refund. The request goes through support — a ticket on the Discord server, or email — with an account of what happened. A licence already given away is not refundable, because the refund would deactivate the key in the hands of the person who received it. When a licence is blocked

A licence is deactivated when a full refund is issued, when a charge is disputed with the bank or card issuer, and when the product is used outside these terms — in particular sharing the access code or attempting to bypass verification.

If you believe a block was wrong, write to the contact on this page: a block made in error is reversed.

Updates and availability

Extension updates are included while the licence is active. There is no promise that any specific feature will exist indefinitely.

The products depend on Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Changes made by Adobe may require an update on our side and, in extreme cases, may make a feature unworkable. We do what is reasonable to keep up, but we do not control those changes.

The licensing service and the website carry no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Warranties and liability

The extensions edit projects open in Premiere and After Effects. Keep copies of your projects: backup is the responsibility of the person editing, as with any tool that changes the timeline.

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is, and the seller total liability for any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount paid for the product in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing here removes the rights granted to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, including rights regarding product defects.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the applicable version. Changes do not apply retroactively to the detriment of a purchase already made: the version that governs your purchase is the one published when you bought.

Governing law

Brazilian law applies. In consumer relationships, the courts of the consumer domicile have jurisdiction, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
